Assistant Therapist Manager

Be Part of Something Extraordinary – AIRE Los Angeles Is Coming!

A new chapter of AIRE Ancient Baths is coming to Los Angeles, and we're looking for exceptional individuals to bring it to life.

Inspired by the bathing traditions of ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilizations, AIRE creates unique spaces where time stands still, inviting guests to disconnect and experience the art of relaxation.

As we prepare to open our largest location in North America, we're bringing the AIRE Experience to the heart of Los Angeles' Arts District.

Set within a beautifully restored 1930s industrial building, AIRE Los Angeles will blend exposed brick, warm wood, and natural stone to create an intimate sanctuary featuring ten baths and relaxation spaces.

Now, we're building the team that will bring this experience to life.

At AIRE, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We value genuine care, collaboration, and excellence in every detail.

Joining our Los Angeles opening team is an opportunity to help shape something new, grow with us, and create unforgettable guest experiences from day one.

We invite you to be part of our story.

The Role:

As we prepare to open our new centre in Los Angeles, we are excited to welcome an Assistant Therapist Manager who will play an important role in bringing the AIRE experience to life and supporting our Massage Therapy team.

• Conduct walk-throughs of treatment rooms to ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for guests.

• Oversee service and break assignments, check time records, and ensure grooming standards are met.

• Maintain communication with other departments and document key updates and actions in the tablet.

Team Leadership:

• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to support therapist growth and maintain service quality.

• Hold one-on-one check-ins and help resolve team conflicts when needed.

• Assist with onboarding and training for new team members to ensure they understand AIRE standards.

Stock:

• Monitor treatment room inventory and storage weekly and monthly.

• Place supply orders and coordinate deliveries to keep products available and organized.

Miscellaneous:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

• Collaborate in recruitment processes and conduct technical tests for new candidates.

• Provide massage services if certified in California to support daily operations.

• Train and onboard new therapists on massage services in alignment with AIRE treatment protocols, techniques, and service standards.

• Conduct hands-on service trainings, demonstrations, and guided practice sessions to ensure consistency in service delivery and guest experience.

• Lead refresher trainings on massage techniques and service protocols to reinforce standards, address performance gaps, and support continuous skill development.

• Observe therapist services and provide real-time feedback and coaching to maintain quality and adherence to AIRE expectations.

 Who are you:

• You are a Certified Massage Therapist for a minimum of (2) years.

• You are highly organized and operational, with a strong ability to manage day-to-day activities in a spa or wellness environment.

• You enjoy scheduling, planning treatments, and making sure everything runs on time and to standard.
