Assistant Track Coach

Albright College is an NCAA Division III institution that competes in the Middle Atlantic Conference and is seeking a part-time assistant track coach. The assistant coach is responsible for duties which include (but are not limited to) recruitment of student-athletes, assisting in all practice sessions and competitive events, assisting in pre-season and in-season conditioning; assist with practice planning and game planning; assisting in fundraising and community service. Bachelor's degree required as well as prior track or coaching tract experience and a commitment to inclusivity and equity.

Essential Job Functions:

• On-field coaching;
• Recruitment of student athletes in support of the track program;
• Assists with practice and meet planning;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to recruit, teach and coach student-athletes

• EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

• Prior playing and coaching experience preferred

• EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree

• LICENSES

• Valid driver's license
