What You’ll Do

As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving meals promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Becoming familiar with menu items and basic food offerings to assist residents with their dining choices.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.
• Setting and preparing dining areas to meet our residents’ expectations.
• Working closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Providing friendly, respectful, and attentive service to residents throughout each meal.
