Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Controller: In this important role, the Assistant Controller will support the accounting department's daily operations and help ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include:

• Financial Reporting: The Assistant Controller will assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Month-End Close: Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• 
  
• Accounting Operations: Oversee and support AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
• 
  
• Internal Controls: The Assistant Controller will assist in maintaining and improving accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Audit Support: Coordinate schedules and documentation for external auditors and compliance reviews.

• Budgeting & Analysis: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making.

Qualifications for the Assistant Controller Role: To be successful as an Assistant Controller, you should bring:
