The Associate will support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions across Model Risk Management (MRM) Governance and Reporting. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with hands-on support for identifying, coordinating, and implementing AI-driven process improvements. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, reporting teams, and AI initiatives to accelerate automation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance reporting capabilities across MRM.

This role will play a key part in driving agile delivery practices, managing solution backlogs, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and helping transform governance and reporting processes through innovative AI technologies. The responsibilities closely align with current MRM efforts to expand AI adoption across governance, reporting, inventory management, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities across MRM governance, reporting, inventory management, and policy assurance.

Support policy assurance activities, including monitoring compliance, findings, remediation actions, exceptions, and governance commitments.

Support model, Tool, and EUC inventory governance, including attestations, verifications, data-quality reviews, discrepancy resolution, control monitoring, and reporting.

Prepare dashboards, metrics, executive summaries, presentations, and other materials for senior management and governance forums.

Support MRM training, communications, FAQs, procedures, templates, and stakeholder guidance.

Document requirements and coordinate cross-functional testing, implementation, adoption, and stakeholder communication.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain backlogs and delivery roadmaps, and track milestones, dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, data analytics, finance, risk management, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in Agile delivery, project coordination, business analysis, reporting, governance, risk management, or technology.

Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI, GenAI, automation, Power BI, Jira or similar tools.

Experience in financial services, governance, risk management, reporting, or inventory oversight.
