You'll be a core part of how we serve our clients — handling substantive work from day one, with real responsibility and direct access to firm partners. This isn't a seat-warmer position. You'll draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, represent clients in trial, arbitration, and mediation, and provide strategic counsel that actually moves the needle.Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision and persuasionRepresent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediationsKeep clients and their insurers informed and confident throughout the processDeliver sound legal advice grounded in real litigation experienceOwn your docket — manage day-to-day litigation tasks and meet billable targetsWhat We're Looking For2–3+ years of civil litigation experienceA track record of drafting and arguing motions that hold up in courtConfidence navigating the New Mexico court systemSkilled at depositions and witness examinationsExcellent written and verbal communication — you make complex things clearStrong analytical instincts and the judgment to use themComfortable working independently and collaborating as part of a teamActive member of the New Mexico State BarBackground in construction or casualty claims?
