Assists and coordinate with outside counsel in preparation of cases for trial or regulatory hearings by drafting and preparing: pre-trial orders, instructions to the jury, requests Voir Dire of jurors, jury investigations, witnesses and exhibit lists, pre-hearing motions, subpoena witnesses, summarize depositions, transcript pleading boards, attorney trial notebooks, expert witness notebooks, discovery, background materials, document indexes and lists. Assists with closings of transactions including, circulating closing documents to all parties, preparing, obtaining, and organizing required closing certificates and legal documents for pre-closing, attending closing and coordinating document handling, and upon closing, organizing closing documents for transcript and coordinating transmission to appropriate parties.
