Associate Attorney | Austin

A respected Austin law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. Working directly with the partner leading the civil practice, the associate will gain hands-on experience across construction, real estate, business, and general civil litigation while receiving meaningful mentorship in a supportive, collegial environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle civil litigation matters from development through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and motion practice

• Work directly with clients ranging from large companies to small businesses and individuals

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on practical legal strategies

• Strong research, writing, and communication skills

• Interest in construction, real estate, or business law

• Hard-working, dependable, and personable

• Texas Bar admission
