The position offers flexibility, with the option to work in a hybrid or fully remote capacity within California, while collaborating with a dynamic and globally connected legal team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and prepare detailed analysesDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filingsParticipate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trialsInterview clients, eyewitnesses, and other relevant partiesPrepare and deliver comprehensive reporting to clients regarding case status and strategyEngage in significant direct communication with clients and insurersAssist in all phases of case development, litigation strategy, and trial preparationCollaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives with efficiency and precisionCandidate ProfileJD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in California , in good standing3-5 years of substantive litigation experienceExperience drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal briefsStrong legal research skills using platforms such as Westlaw, Lexis, or NexisExperience preparing correspondence, opinion letters, and client reportsAbility to manage document review and discovery processesCourtroom exposure , including depositions, hearings, and mediations, is preferredAviation industry experience is a plusFederal court admission is a plusExcellent analytical, writing, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively#J-18808-Ljbffr
