Location: Bradenton, FL. This is primarily an on-site position where collaboration and mentorship happen in person, with flexibility to work remotely occasionally when needed.

Note: Candidates must be licensed with the Florida Bar and have 3+ years of attorney experience, including at least 1 year of transactional law experience. Estate planning experience is highly preferred, and we welcome attorneys from law firms, in-house legal departments, or solo practice who are eager to learn multiple practice areas.

Job Description

  • Draft and negotiate business, real estate, estate planning, and transactional documents.
  • Advise clients on business, corporate, and estate planning matters.
  • Assist with business succession planning and wealth preservation strategies.
  • Handle sophisticated transactional matters while expanding into additional practice areas.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Manage client files from intake through completion.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, contracts, agreements, trusts, wills, and related documents.
  • Build trusted client relationships through practical legal counsel.
  • Continue developing expertise through direct mentorship and ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active Florida Bar license.
  • 3+ years of attorney experience.
  • 1+ year of transactional law experience.
  • Estate planning experience preferred.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Desire to learn multiple areas of law.
  • Team-oriented with a client-focused mindset.
