Associate Attorney- Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex litigation matters, including trial experience, and be equally adept at navigating disputes. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex cases, collaborate with a team of talented attorneys, and develop professionally in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Represent clients in various civil litigation matters
  • Develop case strategies and provide clients with clear, practical advice tailored to their business objectives
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Appear in court and advocate effectively during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials or assist in trial preparation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of legal representation

Qualifications:

  • 1+ Years experience preferred in general litigation matters
  • Trial preparation and / or direct trial experience
  • Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex legal issues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service
  • J.D. from an accredited law school preferred
  • Licensed in CA in good standing
