Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: This role is fully on-site in Washington, DC, offering direct collaboration with attorneys, hands-on litigation experience, and consistent in-office mentorship.
Note: Must be licensed in DC and in Maryland and/or Virginia, with strong litigation, writing, and client-facing skills. This role is best suited for an attorney who wants to actively litigate cases, work closely with clients, and grow long-term with a serious plaintiff-side practice.

Job Description
- Handle personal injury cases through litigation with increasing independence
- Try your own cases as experience and case posture allow
- Serve as second chair on partner-led litigation and trial matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other case-related documents
- Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through the litigation process
- Participate in case strategy, preparation, negotiation, and trial support
- Work closely with attorneys and staff in a collaborative team environment
- Help drive cases forward with strong organization, urgency, and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 3+ years of directly relevant litigation experience preferred
- Licensed in DC and Maryland and/or Virginia
- Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Strong legal writing and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with substantial client contact
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented, energetic, and motivated to build a long-term career
