Spanish fluency is a big plus.ResponsibilitiesPreparing immigration forms, pleadings and other general legal paperwork and correspondence, affidavits, data entry into immigration forms, consultations, and court/immigration office appearances.The candidate must be willing to travel approximately 2-3 times per month, primarily to the Cleveland Immigration Court.QualificationsLicensed to practice in Ohio and have prior experience working as an attorney; training will be provided.
