Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters 
• Participate in depositions, mediations, court hearings, and negotiations
• Advise clients on commercial legal matters
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys in a thriving commercial litigation practice

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of commerciallitigation experience 
• Skilled at arguing motions
• Strong with written and oral arguments 
• Experience with depositions and court hearings
• Experience with in mediations and negotiating settlements
