Qualifications & Requirements•Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience; prior work in automotive, dealership environment strongly preferred.•Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent legal experience required.•Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams); experience with contract management software (e.g., DocuSign, SharePoint) a plus.•Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail in a high-volume environment.•Superior written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a hybrid environment, including in a in-person, virtual, as well as in a team, setting.•Reliable transportation when needed.•Able to travel, if required. The role focuses on providing high-level paralegal support in discovery, corporate transactions, compliance, contract management, regulatory affairs, and litigation related to the automotive sector—including vehicle sales, financing, leasing, warranties, dealership operations, and potential auto-related claims or disputes.
