Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex civil litigation, preferably with exposure to antitrust matters or class actions. You will work on cutting-edge cases that shape markets and industries, advocating for fair competition and consumer rights. Attorneys here are empowered with mentorship, resources, and advanced tools to lead significant, high-profile matters while enjoying a clear path to partnership.

This is a hybrid/flexible role based in Los Angeles, CA, offering immediate hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own docket of complex civil litigation and class action cases
  • Draft high-quality complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests/responses
  • Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and conduct hearings
  • Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
  • Examine witnesses at trial and contribute to overall trial strategy
  • Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff
  • Collaborate with co-counsel on large-scale litigation efforts
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in California and in good standing
  • Civil litigation experience, preferably in antitrust, class actions, or complex business disputes
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
  • Experience managing multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary between $230,000 - $300,000 annually depending on experience
