Location
On-site opportunity in Edinburg, TX or Brownsville, TX, with the flexibility to be considered for either office. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified Texas-licensed attorneys.
Note
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and have 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Personal injury defense experience is preferred, but attorneys with plaintiff-side litigation experience will also be considered. Candidates from law firms, in-house roles, and solo practices are welcome to apply.

Job Description
- Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
- Handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances.
- Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal analysis.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters.
- Represent clients professionally while delivering outstanding legal service.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license required.
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Personal injury defense experience preferred but not required.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and courtroom presentation abilities.
- Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively.
- Trial preparation experience is a plus.
