Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Location: This is a primarily field-based role with significant travel — roughly 80% of your time will be spent visiting clients, witnesses, and legal proceedings across the United States. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Missouri, Illinois, Florida, Louisiana, California, New York, or Washington D.C. We offer one remote workday per week with four days in the office when not traveling. No relocation package is available for this position.
Note: This role requires an active law license in any U.S. state (Missouri and/or Illinois preferred) and professional-level fluency in Spanish. Candidates must also have 1+ year of attorney experience. All three are hard requirements — candidates who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

Salary Bands (Only if attorney role):
2–3 years (new associate, litigation basics): ~$75,000–$85,000
3–5 years (solid deposition/litigation experience): ~$85,000–$100,000
5–8 years (seasoned litigator, PI or asbestos background): ~$100,000–$115,000
8+ years (senior associate, strong trial/deposition record): ~$115,000–$120,000+
