Yepremyan Law Firm is seeking an experienced California Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team in a fully remote position.


We are looking for an attorney with strong deposition experience who is comfortable taking applicant, witness, and expert depositions and handling Workers' Compensation litigation matters.


Requirements:

• Active California Bar license
  
  
• California Workers' Compensation experience
  
  
• Experience taking and defending depositions
  
  
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
