The attorney will have the opportunity to handle complex negligent security and premises liability matters on behalf of Fortune 100 companies, gaining significant exposure to sophisticated clients and high-value litigation.

Job Details

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
2–15 years of civil litigation experience.
Experience with premises liability, negligent security, personal injury defense, or general liability is highly valued.
Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case-management skills.
Deposition and courtroom experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively with sophisticated clients.
