Associate Attorney - Probate Litigation (Fully Remote) California Bar License Required | Firm Based in West Los Angeles
I'm currently partnering with a growing, technology-forward law firm on an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in transitioning into Probate Litigation. This role is ideal for candidates with a litigation background who are looking to broaden their practice area while receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and support from an established team.
Probate experience is preferred but not required.
Attorneys with at least one year of litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Probate Litigation practice. This is a great opportunity for attorneys who enjoy litigation and are looking to develop expertise in a specialized and growing area of law. The firm provides training and mentorship to help attorneys successfully transition into probate litigation.
Key Qualifications
1+ years of litigation experience
Strong legal research and writing skills (writing sample required)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Genuine interest in Probate Litigation
Comfortable working in a technology-driven, paperless environment
Active California Bar license

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 DOE
