Our attorneys handle sophisticated transactions, high-stakes disputes, and strategic legal issues that directly impact our clients' businesses and investments. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys both litigation and transactional work, values direct client interaction, and is looking for meaningful responsibility and long-term growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload involving business law, real estate law, litigation, and transactional mattersHandle business and real estate disputes from pre-litigation through trial, arbitration, mediation, or settlementDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related filingsConduct comprehensive legal research and analysisAppear in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrationsDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, operating agreements, corporate governance documents, and other transactional documentsAdvise clients on business formation, corporate governance, risk management, commercial transactions, and real estate mattersCollaborate on complex mass tort matters and other significant litigationCommunicate directly with clients and provide practical, business-oriented legal adviceDevelop case and transaction strategy and proactively identify legal and business risksTake ownership of matters and drive projects forward with minimal supervisionQualificationsActive California Bar license in good standing4+ years of relevant experience preferredStrong demonstrated interest in business and real estate lawExceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skillsStrong drafting and negotiation abilitiesExperience independently managing matters and client relationshipsOutstanding attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and solutions-orientedThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, meticulous researcher, and strategic thinker who is equally comfortable drafting and negotiating sophisticated agreements, advising business clients, managing transactions, and litigating significant disputes.
