A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing West Palm Beach office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to develop their litigation skills, take on meaningful responsibility, and work alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex matters.

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of civil litigation experience and a strong interest in handling sophisticated defense matters involving professional liability, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, and general liability claims.

Job Details

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar admission in good standing
2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
Experience with defense litigation, professional liability, medical malpractice, or general liability matters strongly preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Deposition experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service
