Required qualifications for the position include : Prior paralegal experience is required, preferably in civil litigation, class actions, consumer protection, consumer fraud, mortgage or servicing litigation, foreclosure-related litigation, or other complex litigation. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is comfortable managing cases through the full litigation lifecycle , including case investigation, client communication, pre-suit development, discovery, litigation support, and trial preparation.
