Our client, is a Century City-based firm, seeking a full-time Litigation Associate.
The ideal candidate has strong writing, organizational, and client development skills, with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with Workers Compensation.
We are seeking:
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
- Strong organization skills; with the ability to manage a caseload of up to 30 cases in different stages of litigation.
We require that you:
- Have experience in law and motions
- Have experience taking and defending depositions
- In good standing with the state bar
- Have 2-5 years of civil litigation experience (Workers Compensation is prefferred practice)
Our practice provides detailed and thorough representation regarding all aspects of industrial injury claims, from investigation to trial. Our representation covers claims of orthopedic and psychiatric injuries, chemical and toxic exposure, and discrimination.
Compensation:
Base pay is $100,000 k- $140,000k depending on experience, with a monthly billable requirement of 165-hours.
