The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a personal injury litigation caseload from the filing of a complaint through trial. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
About the Job:
2-5 years of personal injury litigation experience as an attorney.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
Day-to day handling of cases from filing of the complaint to trial.
Communication with opposing counsel.
Taking and defending depositions of parties and witnesses.
