Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join its highly regarded commercial litigation practice in either its Menlo Park or San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators and former judicial clerks in a dynamic and collaborative environment!

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience and/or judicial clerkship experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials, including law review, preferred.
• Former judicial clerks highly preferred.
• California Bar admission preferred.
