Responsibilities:

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, providing top-notch guidance and representation to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Oversee all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, and discovery, while receiving training and mentorship from our managing litigation partner.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients who have sustained personal injury, addressing their unique concerns and needs.
• Develop and maintain case files, including documentation of client communications, case status updates, and billing information.
• Conduct research and analysis on relevant case law and statutes, applying this knowledge to inform case strategies and tactics
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Currently licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach problems from multiple angles.
