Pay: $70,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Location: This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Norton, Ohio, where you'll work closely with an experienced legal team in a collaborative office environment.

Note: An active Ohio Bar license is required. Litigation experience is preferred but not required—we welcome motivated attorneys at various stages of their careers, including strong recent graduates who have passed the bar or are awaiting results.

Job Description

• Represent clients in civil litigation, personal injury, family law, criminal law, and other general practice matters.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution with increasing autonomy and responsibility.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver outstanding client service.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal guidance.
• Assist with additional practice areas including real estate, estate planning, and bankruptcy as needed.
• This position offers a $70,000 base salary and a salary plus commission compensation plan, with total earnings up to $195,000 based on motivation, ambition, and productivity. Commission-only compensation options are also available for candidates who prefer that structure.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Bar license required.
• Litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining attention to detail.
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow professionally.

• 2 to 5 years: $80K to $100K base + commission

• High performers can earn up to $195K total compensation through the commission plan.
