Job Details

Support complex patent and intellectual property litigation matters from case inception through appeal.
Assist with proceedings before federal district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), PTAB, and the Federal Circuit.
Draft legal briefs, motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and case strategy memoranda.
Conduct legal research involving patent law, IP disputes, and emerging technologies.
Participate in fact development, discovery management, and deposition preparation.
Analyze complex legal and technical issues involving innovative products and technologies.
Collaborate closely with partners, experts, clients, and litigation teams.
Support trial preparation and appellate advocacy efforts.
Engage directly with clients and contribute to litigation strategy discussions.
Develop substantive litigation experience through meaningful responsibility on active matters.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Eligible for admission to the D.C. Bar through waiver or examination.
3+ years of patent and/or intellectual property litigation experience in a law firm setting.
Strong foundation in patent law and intellectual property litigation.
Excellent academic credentials.
Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.
