Associate Attorney

Personal Injury and/or Workers Comp Associate Attorney.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in personal injury and/or workers' comp (plaintiff) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of these areas, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of predominantly personal injury and workers' compensation cases from initial consultation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, depositions, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address their concerns.
• Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to offer accurate and effective legal advice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in IL
• 3+ years of experience handling personal injury cases on the plaintiff side.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
