Associate Attorney - Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation (Remote, LA/Orange County)

A boutique plaintiff-side employment firm in LA and Orange County is looking for an Associate Attorney to join the team. The firm focuses exclusively on single-plaintiff FEHA cases, and you'll manage a caseload of roughly 20 to 35 matters.

This is a fully remote role for attorneys based in Los Angeles or Orange County. You'll need to be available for court appearances, but otherwise you can set your own schedule. With a lean team, you'll get significant responsibility and very lucrative bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of litigation experience, ideally on the plaintiff side
• Experience handling FEHA matters
• Second-chair trial experience
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Extensive motion practice experience
• Comfortable running your own caseload
• Able to work with complete autonomy, and self-motivated
• Active membership in the California Bar
