Job Details
Support the Retail Trade and Environmental Practice Groups on active litigation and client counseling matters
Defend clients in Proposition 65 lawsuits, including notice response, litigation strategy, and resolution
Handle California Legal Remedies Act, Unfair Competition, and False Advertising claims
Litigate property contamination lawsuits and citizen suits brought under the federal Clean Water Act
Research and advise clients on environmental laws, consumer product compliance laws, and related regulations
Manage multiple active matters simultaneously in a fast-paced litigation environment
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and client advisory materials
Engage directly with clients to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance
Meet or exceed the firm's billable hour standards (1,800 billable / 200 non-billable minimum)
