Associate Attorney

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in civil or commercial litigation

• • Experience in the following areas are given preference-

  • • Business Litigation

    • Construction Litigation

    • Real Estate

    • Insurance Defense

    • Labor and Employment

    • Trust and Estate

• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic

• CA License, in good standing

• ABA Law School
