Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, is seeking an associate attorney with at least 3 years of experience in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance to join their dynamic Corporate & Securities group.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in public company reporting and compliance matters.
Support capital markets transactions.
Provide corporate governance advice to a diverse range of industries.
Advise on corporate governance and transactional matters for private companies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of public company regulations and compliance.
Knowledge of capital markets and corporate governance principles.
