Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate attorney to join its tax and estate planning practice group in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of law firm experience and a strong background in relevant practice areas.Duties Advise clients on tax and estate planning matters.Collaborate with team members on complex legal issues.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.Requirements 2 to 5 years of law firm experience.Experience in non-profits, corporate and partnership taxation, state and local taxation, or international tax.Membership in the Utah Bar or willingness to take the Utah Bar.Membership in the Bar of another U.S. state if not currently in Utah.Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
