This role is built for a highly organized person who stays on top of orders, documentation, timelines, and follow ups, and who makes sure every buyer's request is tracked and completed. You will work alongside our Business Managers and coordinate with Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Order Management, and Purchasing to keep accounts accurate and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack all buyer requests and follow up items from meetingsMaintain a project tracker for open account initiativesFollow up with internal teams to keep projects on scheduleManage product development timelines through final deliveryPrepare buyer presentations and status recapsCommunicate with buyers on orders, samples, and project updatesProcess quotations, purchase orders, and order entry in OracleComplete item setups and retailer documentationTrack samples and shipmentsResolve chargebacks, deductions, and order issuesMaintain account records, pricing files, and reportsQualifications & RequirementsOn site in Los Angeles, Monday through Friday1 to 3 years in sales support, account coordination, or project coordinationHighly organized with strong attention to detailAble to manage multiple deadlines at onceComfortable following up with internal teamsProfessional written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude)ERP experience (Oracle preferred)Retail account experience (mass, specialty, or off price) a plus
