    Description

    Overview

    This position is onsite at the Corporate Headquarters located in Kenosha, WI.

    The Associate Business Systems Analyst position will be working for Corporate IT and will be responsible for delivering custom application solutions. These custom applications are deployed globally and include e-commerce websites, mobile applications, manufacturing efficiency solutions, point of sale systems, custom CRM applications, and general business automation strategies and solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a drive to learn and be passionate about new technologies and leveraging them to add value.

    Responsibilities

    • Working with business partners to understand needs, then translating into functional specifications and process flows for development teams
    • Evaluate current business processes and propose areas for future improvements ensuring solutions will meet business needs
    • Develop testing plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring business requirements are met and with no system defects
    • Coordinate across development teams and business teams to keep projects on schedule and meet compliance and security standards
    • Serving as frontline support for troubleshooting potential defects across multiple applications
    • Create application reports for monitoring system data, performance and monitoring cost benefit analysis

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration is preferred or directly related work experience as Business Analyst for 3-5 years
    • 1-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
    • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
    • Excellent documentation skills, planning, organizational, and time management skills
    • Proficiency with SQL and 3rd-party system-integrated solutions
    • Power Bl report writing is a plus
