ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Associate, Client Services in the Client Relationship Group, the employee will support the
following functions:
- Review investor transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers) booked by the administrator
and reconcile against anticipated transactions.
- Address investors questions on transactions including documentation requirements, sending
investors docs, and providing information on liquidity/redemption schedules
- Guide eligible employees through the process of investing in BAM funds
- Assist with larger investor projects, such as maintaining the investor portal, creating/improving
marketing materials and investor reporting
- Maintain data in our CRM system - upload monthly investor balances and transactions and
perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Maintain pipeline
- CRM reporting: prepare monthly and quarterly reports using data in the CRM, generally reporting
on investor composition or fund AUM information; also work to create new reports upon request
and work to automate manually prepared reports
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
- 4-year Degree
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or client services/investor relations within the
financial services/hedge fund industry
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Experience in hedge funds a plus
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Dynamo Software a plus
With respect to NY, CA, and IL based applicants, the starting base pay range for this role is between USD 80000 and USD 100000 annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
