Product Owner - Pega / Provider Account Management

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong product management fundamentals and hands-on Pega expertise to support DDCA's Provider Account Management (PAM) portfolio.

The role will partner with business, Product, and Engineering leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps, features, and development-ready user stories. The candidate must be comfortable working independently, facilitating Pega Blueprint workshops, and driving execution across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own product backlog prioritization, epic and feature decomposition, user stories, Given-When-Then acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.

Lead Pega GenAI Blueprint workshops, translating business processes into case types, workflows, user journeys, and functional requirements.

Partner with business stakeholders, Pega Architects, UX, and Engineering teams to accelerate product delivery and minimize unnecessary customization.

Support Agile/SAFe delivery, PI Planning, sprint execution, dependency management, testing, and story acceptance.

Independently validate and demonstrate product functionality, capture business feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, AI adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

6+ years of Product Management / Product Ownership experience, with strong Agile delivery discipline.

Hands-on experience with Pega applications, Pega Blueprint, case management, and workflow automation.

Healthcare payer or dental insurance experience, preferably provider onboarding, contracting, credentialing, claims, or payment workflows.

Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work autonomously, navigate organizational complexity, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Experience with SAFe, Jira / Azure DevOps, backlog management, and product delivery metrics.
