Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdication, in good standing.
- 2-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting (preferably at a law firm)
- Strongbackgroundadvisingtechnology,fintech,blockchain,ordigitalassetcompanies
- Workingknowledgeofcryptocurrency,blockchaintechnologies,andevolvingindustrytrends
- Familiaritywithcommercial,intellectualproperty,datarights,andriskallocationissuesintechnologytransactions
- Exposuretocryptocurrencyregulatoryframeworksandcomplianceconsiderationsisbeneficial
- Excellentcontractdraftingandnegotiationcapabilities
- Demonstratedabilitytoprovidepractical,business-focusedlegaladvice
- Strongorganizationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultiplematterssimultaneously
- Comfortableworkinginafast-pacedenvironmentwithsophisticatedandentrepreneurialclients
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- FamiliaritywithemerginglegaltechnologyandAI-enabledtoolsisaplus

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $235,000 – $455,000, commensurate with class year and experience.
