Associate Creative Director

Overview We are seeking a full-time Associate Creative Director at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for being a hands-on creative leader who's responsible for leading and mentoring creative staff in concepting, developing and producing a variety of advertising and marketing communications materials that engages customers, drives sales and builds the Garmin brand. Essential Functions Collaborate with the creative director, segment leaders and company executives to understand key product attributes and marketing objectives and develop effective communication strategies Mentor and develop a staff of creative professionals and provide clear direction and goals Work with traffic, account executives and creative staff to ensure effective, timely completion of projects and actively seek opportunities to improve the creative process Ensure communications materials properly and consistently reflect Garmin brand standards Support the advertising and promotional needs of our dealers and distributors as requested Regularly meet with creative team members to ensure their work consistently demonstrates a high level of quality and strategic thinking Basic Qualifications Associate's Degree in a Communication, Design, Art, Journalism or related field AND a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including leadership experience Proven advertising expertise Excellent communication and presentation skills Decisive, but compassionate leader Deadline-oriented Desired Qualifications Financial/budget aptitude The deadline to apply to this role is Friday, October 30, 2026.
