The ASSOC DC MAINTENANCE TECH is responsible for learning and completing routine equipment maintenance and learning techniques of troubleshooting. This role is responsible for helping to keep building and equipment in good working order for processing activities. This includes, but is not limited to, processing equipment, building, lighting, utilities, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to perform installation on the following equipment:
Able to perform maintenance techniques, preventative maintenance and troubleshoot on all parts of the following equipment:
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned:
Required Skills:
Equipment repair, conveyor repair or overall building maintenance/repair
Able to climb ladders and go up in lifts
Command of safety procedures (including lockout/tagout)
Advanced power equipment troubleshooting and repair
Advanced electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagnostic and repair skills
Basic carpentry, plumbing skills
PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
Lifting 10 to 100 pounds as required
