We’re hiring an Associate Dentist in Albany, Georgia who wants a four-day workweek, excellent earning potential, and the freedom to practice comprehensive dentistry while making a meaningful community impact.

Join an established nonprofit outpatient dental organization serving Southwest Georgia for over 40 years. You'll provide full-scope general dentistry—not just extractions and fillings—with procedures tailored to your clinical comfort level. Implant placement is generally excluded.

Compensation & Benefits
• $180,000–$215,000 annual salary range
• Productivity-based compensation tied to patient volume, with an initial 6–12-month salary guarantee
• Relocation: $10,000 out-of-state or $5,000 in-state
• Medical insurance with $550–$650 monthly employer contribution; dental and vision available
• 403(b) with 3% match after one year; 457 plan
• 15 PTO days, 10 sick days, and 10 paid holidays
• $3,500 CME allowance plus 5 additional days
• NHSC loan repayment up to $50,000 tax-free for an initial two-year commitment, subject to program approval
• FTCA malpractice coverage
