    Associate Dentist – Amarillo, TX

     

    A growing dental practice is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who is dedicated to quality dentistry, enjoys building strong relationships with patients, and is interested in long-term professional and financial growth within a supportive, dentist-led environment.

     

    The practice offers a steady patient base, modern technology, and an experienced support staff, helping doctors focus on delivering excellent dental care and positive patient experiences.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
    • Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
    • Build trust and rapport with patients through excellent communication
    • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient care
    • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
    • Uphold high standards of ethical and patient-centered care

     

    Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

    • DDS or DMD degree
    • Eligibility for state dental licensure
    • Comfortable with restorative dentistry, crown & bridge, extractions, endodontics, and digital workflows
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
    • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
