has built a thriving practice in Moorhead over the past several years and is now expanding his
office by welcoming a second Associate Dentist to the team. This is an exceptional opportunity

chapter of a busy, patient-focused practice alongside Dr. Breske.

Horizon Dental is part of the Concept Dentistry group of dental practices, which means you will
never practice alone. In addition to working directly with Dr. Breske, you will receive personalized mentorship and support from the broader network of accomplished Concept Dentistry clinicians, including Dr. Brian Bulik and Dr. Ann Slama. Our collaborative culture and

What You’ll Do
• Provide comprehensive dental care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.

• Collaborate with dental team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Stay current with dental advancements and implement new techniques and technologies.

What You’ll Need
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Minnesota dental license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
