**Job Description: **

 We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist who is passionate about providing high-quality dental care and contributing to a positive patient experience in Bellevue, PA.

This is a FFS/PPO opportunity with a very small % of Medicaid. 

 Digital 6 operatory practice. Endo and surgical experience would be great. Implant mentorship is available.

Compensation range $ 300,000 to over $ 400,000 a year.

Strong patient base and providers scheduled appropriately and efficiently. 

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.

- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.

- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance patient care and practice growth.

- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

- Valid Pennsylvania dental license and current malpractice insurance.

- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
