Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana

About the Company:

 We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our client's practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a PPO/FFS opportunity. No Medicaid or Medicare plans.

Our client's practice is a well-established and reputable dental office, known for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. With a modern facility and state-of-the-art technology, this practice offers a supportive and collaborative work environment for its team members.

As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and skilled dentists, while also having the autonomy to develop your own patient base and treatment plans. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Mon-Friday with day ending at 2 pm on Fridays.

$ 800.00-$1,000.00 daily based on experience, collections 32-35% based on experience.

8 operatories

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns

- Conduct thorough patient examinations, including X-rays and diagnostic tests

- Develop and present treatment plans to patients, explaining procedures and costs

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques

- Uphold the practice's standards and values, providing excellent patient care and customer service

Qualifications:

- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

- Active Indiana dental license

- 1-2 years of experience in a general dentistry setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
