Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Harrisonburg, VA

 We are currently seeking a and passionate Associate Dentist to join a reputable dental practice in Harrisonburg, VA.

This opportunity is open to new graduates. Mentorship is available.

Monday 8 5 pm

Tuesday 7 am- 5 pm

Wednesday and Thursday 8 am- 5 pm 

Fridays 8-5 open on select Fridays.

5 operatory FFS/PPO practice.

Technology: CBCT/Itero scanner.

$ 700.00-$1,000.00 daily guarantee based on experience.

35 % collections.

Position Overview:

As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced dental professionals and provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology, as well as ongoing support and training to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

- Continuously stay updated on new dental techniques and technologies

Qualifications:

- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school

- Active dental license in the state of Virginia

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

- Proficiency in dental procedures and techniques
