What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on quality and patient experience
• Diagnose and present high-value treatment plans (cosmetic, restorative, implants, etc.)
• Build trust with patients and clearly explain treatment options
• Drive case acceptance through strong communication (not pressure)
• Collaborate with a highly trained team that supports your production
• Participate in ongoing training (clinical + communication/sales)

Compensation and Structure

• 1099 Independent Contractor (Primary Model)
• High production-based earnings (uncapped)
• Daily pay guarantee provided while building your patient schedule
• Typical earning potential significantly exceeds traditional salary roles

Optional structure may be discussed:

• Higher % with no benefits
• Lower % with benefits (W-2 style)

Schedule

• 32–40 hours/week (ramp-up schedule initially)

• DDS/DMD (licensed in Nevada or eligible)
• Strong clinical foundation
• Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, efficient)
• Comfortable presenting and closing high-value treatment plans
